Step 1: Select the products you want and click "Add to Cart". All the products you have chosen are now in your "Cart".
Step 2: To go to your "Cart" and see the final prices and the products you have selected click on the icon of the cart on the top right and then click: "View Cart".
Step 3: After you are taken to your "Cart", the photos of the products you have selected, their price and the total of the pieces will be displayed. If your order exceeds € 30 (for Greece and Cyprus) or 90€ to the rest of world, shipping will be free and this is indicated in the "shipping" field.
Step 4: Click the "Proceed to Checkout" option, to fill in the necessary billing and shipping details, but also to choose a payment method. Click "OK" if you accept the terms and choose the payment method you want.
Step 5: Once you have successfully completed all the above steps, your order is placed. Confirmation that your order details have been received will be sent to the email you provided. You will receive the relevant confirmation in your inbox. If this is not done within a few minutes, make sure the email is in your spam.
Once you have completed your order, you are given five payment methods:
- Cash on delivery to ACS upon receipt of the products. (Greece and Cyprus, only)
- By Credit / Debit Card via Secure EUROBANK Connection.
- By deposit in the following EUROBANK account

- Payment upon receipt from the store: AGORA CENTER street 1866 no.15 (old market) Center of Heraklion, pc 71201 (Local Pickup option).
If the product is ready it will be shipped the same day, if the order is submitted by noon, or otherwise, then the next working day.
AGORA 1866 will inform you by email that the product is ready for shipment and will send you the no. voucher so you can follow the progress until delivery.
-Greece and Cyprus: The products will be sent to you through the ACS Courier.
With exceptions (special orders and handmade constructions) you will receive it in 2-4 days, while in the above cases 5-7 days.
European Union & other international destinations: Shipments abroad are made with post office.
Delivery time is 5-10 days within the European Union and 7-15 days for other international destinations.
