TERMS OF RETURNS – CHANGES
In case the customer for any reason wishes to change the purchased products:
- He has the right to do so within 15 days from the day of receipt of the order by the courier company.
- Prior to this he should have informed by sending an email to email@example.com
- Products must be returned, in their original packaging without being used beyond their original test.
- The return must be accompanied by the purchase document.
- From the moment the return takes place, the customer is either credited against a future purchase or a refund is made.
- In this case he must attach the no. his account, the IBAN and the Bank of his choice.
- The money is deposited within 15 working days from the receipt of the product. In the case of payment by card, the refund is made on the card that has been used.
- Products that have either been modified or are special orders, according to the customer’s wishes, are not returned.
- The return costs are borne by the customer, if for the return he chooses a different carrier from the chosen one of AGORA 1866.
- Return costs are borne by AGORA 1866 if the product is proven to be defective * or is different from what the customer has chosen from the e-shop.
*Proven defective means that any damage has not come from misuse of the customer.
WITHDRAWAL-CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Withdrawal of the customer and cancellation of the order can be done ONLY in case that although the order has been completed, its electronic payment has not been completed.
In this case the customer can contact us in order to undertake to cancel his order.
